• Five years with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Washington, D.C. defending the agency in administrative proceedings and lawsuits throughout the United States
• Eighteen years in Orlando as defense counsel representing corporations and insurance companies
• Former partner with Zimmerman, Shuffield, Kiser, & Sutcliffe
• Seven years representing individual plaintiffs at Morgan and Morgan
• Extensive trial experience in personal injury and employment discrimination cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in State and Federal Courts
• Numerous appeals before the Fourth and Fifth District
