thirty-five years and includes the following:
• Three years active duty as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps as an appellate attorney
• Five years with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Washington, D.C. defending the agency in administrative proceedings and lawsuits throughout the United States
• Eighteen years in Orlando as defense counsel representing corporations and insurance companies in personal injury, commercial, and employment matters
• Former partner with Zimmerman, Shuffield, Kiser, & Sutcliffe
• Seven years representing individual plaintiffs at Morgan and Morgan in personal injury and employment cases
• Extensive trial experience in personal injury and employment discrimination cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in State and Federal Courts
• Numerous appeals before the Fourth and Fifth District
Courts of Appeals
