Fee Schedule
Mr. Hyland's hourly rate is $275.00 which is divided equally among the parties. A minimum time of two hours will be billed for mediations scheduled for four hours or less. A minimum time of three hours will be billed for mediations scheduled for more than four hours.
If a mediation is cancelled within forty-eight hours of the mediation, there will be a charge of $275.00 if less than four hours are reserved, or $550.00 if four or more hours are reserved, subject to emergency situations.
Counties Serviced
Brevard, Citrus, Flagler, Hernando, Hillsborough, Indian River, Lake, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Putnam, Seminole, St. Lucie, Sumter, and Volusia.There is no travel fee for mediations in any of the above referenced counties except for Citrus, Flagler, Hernando, Indian River, Marion, St. Lucie, and Sumter where there is a one hour fee for travel.
Mr. Hyland is willing to mediate in any county in Florida upon agreement by the affected parties as to fees charged.
